Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre and Hyderabad International Convention Centre (HICC), a leading hospitality and convention destination in India, has announced the appointment of Prashant Chaudhary as its new Front Office Manager. With an illustrious career spanning over a decade, Prashant brings a rich blend of operational expertise, team leadership, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.

Prior to this role, Prashant served in senior front office leadership positions at Hyatt Centric Kathmandu and Hyatt Place Hyderabad, where he played an instrumental role in streamlining front office operations and elevating guest satisfaction levels. His journey through the hospitality sector also includes notable tenures with Accor’s Ibis Mumbai Vikhroli and Ibis Gurgaon, where his contributions were pivotal to both customer delight and revenue growth.

In his new position, Prashant will oversee all aspects of front office operations at Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre & HICC. His responsibilities include optimizing operational strategies, enhancing guest engagement, driving the ALL – Accor Live Limitless loyalty program, and ensuring the property continues to uphold its impeccable standards of service.

A graduate in Hotel and Motel Management from Punjab Technical University, Prashant is well-versed in leading hospitality management systems, including Opera PMS and Opera Cloud. Beyond the professional realm, he is an avid traveler and culinary explorer, a fitness enthusiast, and enjoys playing cricket and badminton in his spare time.
